There was a time when I was feeling stuck. . .   

One of the approaches that helped me immensely was receiving personalized coaching.  While I had been involved in personal growth and development over many years as a nurse manager and director, personalized coaching was something new to me.  I began to experience how the coaching immensely enhanced many areas of my life.  

Having first hand experience with the transformative aspects of coaching,  I knew I wanted to help others as well.  Over the next several years, I completed a number of various training and development courses and became a Certified Wellcoach® through Wellcoaches® headquartered in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Having coached hundreds of clients throughout the USA and in over 20 countries on 5 continents, working with a coach can and does bring about positive changes. Current research has demonstrated that it can change behavior because it changes the brain.
